Other Kit mommies. . . . ????

Perhaps she just recalled incorrectly and therefore posted the wrong date. All these release dates are hard to keep up with

Me, I prefer the non-feathered brow

Ive noticed this too although I have a different reasoning for it. I also like the realistic eybebrows better but excluding Kit, the only dolls to have them are minorities OR those who are/could be of mixed heritage. AG25 with her black hair could easily be a character like Jess. I think that has been their ultimate reasoning behind the eyebrow thingy. But that doesnt explain Kit so I could be wrong. That is just is the pattern I have noticed. It does make sense in some ways; those with darker hair usually have thicker or more prominent eyebrows. But that is true regardless of ethnicity, its just a matter of haircolor. Oh well. Im probably thinking about it too much

I like the 'new' eyebrow better. To me it kinda seems more realistic

I agree, I like the newer, feathered eyebrows better. When I look at my girls with the thin line ones, I can't help but think they take after their great grandmother (my grandma) and draw them on every morning!

OK, I just went back to this thread and had to say that I don't really know when my Kit was made. I do think that she is an earlier Kit, and just threw 1998 out there, because I knew it was shortly after Mattel.

    Sorry--hasty fingers.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">ROTFL - I was about to post this very thought about my own grandma!

I definitely like the feathered eyebrows best.
